I accept payment via PayPal. Cash or check is acceptable as well for local clients. I do not take insurance for the following reasons: 1. To protect your mental health privacy. 2. Efficiency and the ability to devote my time to you as opposed to insurance companies. 3. For the sake of sanity.

If you have concerns about being able to pay for services, I will do my best to work with you. Life coaches, counselors, and therapists typically charge in excess of 150 per hour without insurance. In many places it ranges from 200-300 depending on the service. Factors include location and clientele. As my fee reflects, I strive to be fair.

 

Individual sessions are 60 minutes.

*Initial session to determine if we are a good fit and you are comfortable working with me: 75.00 / 45 minutes

 

All other continued sessions:

 

*Sliding fee scale available. Do not look at the rates and assume it's out of your budget. I accommodate so you can receive the best outcome. Ask if necessary.

In-person: 90.00 / 60 minute session

In-person: 45.00 / 30 minute session

 

Online/Remote: 125.00 / 60 minute session (unless otherwise specified). If we are having in person sessions and one of us needs to reschedule for online, then the charge remains the same for in-person.

Online/Remote: 65.00 / 30 minute session

As a discount, if you commit to three sessions and pay in advance, the rate is 225.00

 

I do not take on more than 8 clients at any time. I value quality over quantity.
